1. Do not adjust the nozzle by force.
No matter changing the nozzle or adjusting the nozzle, do not use brute force. You need to handle the printer nozzle carefully according to the standard.
2. Do not change the circuit at will.
Without turning off the power switch and cutting off the main power supply, dismantling the circuit of the UV flat-panel printer at will will damage the service life of each system and nozzle;
3. Don't neglect the working grounding wire.
The printing of UV printer is greatly affected by static electricity. It is necessary to regularly check the connection of ground wire equipment and sprinkle some salt water around the ground wire;
4. Do not clean the power supply that is not turned off.
When cleaning, pay attention to the circuit board and other internal systems of the UV printer. When cleaning, it is necessary to turn off the power first, and be careful not to let water touch the internal system such as the circuit board.
5. Do not clean the nozzle under high pressure.
When cleaning the nozzle of the UV printer, if the nozzle is blocked, it is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner to wash out the dust before cleaning.
6. Do not use inferior cleaning solution.
Cleaning the nozzle with inferior cleaning solution is very easy to be contaminated and worn. Therefore, the nozzle must be cleaned with the product recommended by the manufacturer.
7. Do not soak and clean the nozzle.
Although soaking the nozzle in the cleaning solution for a long time can effectively clean the stains, the cleaning solution is also corrosive. If the time exceeds 48 hours, the nozzle hole of the UV printer nozzle will be affected. Therefore, in general, just take an appropriate amount and put it into the nozzle for cleaning.
